大家有碰到过这种奇葩的情况么?还有什么我可以尝试的?亚马逊零售团队是几个意思?
先说说我的案例:不同的客服或者同一个客服看到不一样的模板和内容以为不是同一个产品。心情一好就过了。我前几天一个产品改标题也是,一个客服说标题形式不合格,我们就换了个模板重新开了个case,第二天一个客服就给我们通知小红旗通过了,客服还高兴的说第一次收到小红旗是好消息。那些客服都是新手。。。。。。。这个有可能他们懒有可能就是图片他们认为不够好。他们的回复都是机械模板很官方,这种情况一般都是他们不想真正指出对方缺点委婉拒绝的一种模板。。
楼主再改改图片邮件模板开几次试试。信件看来他们团队回复你他接受到专家团队审核你以前的图片更好,他们不接受你现在的更换要求。。
除此之外别无他法了。。。。或者多准备个listing吧。
